Hello there! It’s Christmas day (or was about 26 minutes ago,) and I find it wonderful that God would grace us with so much real love in this world: with friends, and family, and all that is good.
So, in this simple, short, and sweet post I will give you a little Christmas graphic I made up in Inkscape recently.
Merry Christmas to all!
Oh, and by the way: tomorrow I may be filming a new film that I just came up with this evening. It will involve nature, a creek, hopefully some music, me, and a narration. Hope you enjoy it! We’ll see how it goes.
And for now, God bless and best wishes to all!
May you find what you are truly looking for,
This excellent-quality film voices the heart of a nation seeking the redemption of the priceless values that the United States of America is built upon.*
Stand with me this November as we spread the truth of Jesus Christ and the good values upon which our nation was built. Your country is waiting for you, for we the people are the flesh of America, and our values the backbone.
This election, vote your conscience. Cast your vote for what you believe, not what you want. Your personal decision counts. and each and every vote makes a difference.
Please, stand.

*We are not only built upon the high principles that define our constitution, but upon God, (that is Jesus Christ,) who graciously guided our forefathers in laying the foundations of our once-great America.
P.S. God bless all the Catholic and Protestant Christians who helped lead America to victory and finally becoming an independent nation. For all their sweat, blood, prayers, and love, that went into the founding of our America. God bless, always, -b
Lord, please help me to be able to make films. Thank you for the grace you have allowed me and showing me how to get this far.
May the road ahead be brighter than the night behind, may the sun rise swiftly upon my weary face, may my soul be refreshed at the springs of justice, my hope renewed at the wells of mercy.
May my path be guided upon each turn I make, and may my feet find swiftly the road I am to take.
God bless me, my friends, and all those who want to be filmmakers. May our journey be sweet and ushered upon the dirt paths to quiet victory, down the dales of February frost and early June flowers, to the river of conquest unto the sea of rest.
We all have our journey, and I praise God for his grace and provision in my life.
Very soon is the next step for me. Be ready for your leap of impossibilities, because if you wait and persevered long enough, the rush of the river may spill out and you will be amazed at what unfolds in your path.
But please, know this: God is love, and he will make a way. He works out all things for good, and, if you hold on and seek him, you will find him. It is promised.
Gustav is a hurricane currently in class 3. Perhaps it will reach a number 5 by the time it has landfall. Is this another hurricane Katrina? Maybe not, but still the same, let us pray that God will save those who are in need.
To find out more about Gustav and where it’s headed, see here:
P.S. Side note: Robin Hood the show is an inspiration to me. Evermore I feel an urge to film something couragous … I hope we can do it! 😀 BTW, please pray!
Looking into what to do in the future with my current camcorder. The issues that have arrisen with this particular model have caused too many problems for me to be satisfied. I would love a great camera someday, but this one may not be it. The .tod video container file and it being in HD two hurdles I am not overcoming effeciently yet, and it would be a simple, sweet solution to go with an SD DV MiniDV camcorder, though I will likely miss my current camcorder dearly. ;(
I hope your day goes well, may God bless you dearly as you walk the path of life, and may you find Him.
I so dearly hope to make some beautiful animations, and I also hope that all our live action films will work out… sorry for how it’s all turning out, guys… perhaps I will write some scripts, because “scripts are half the film”, and then when the whole technical camcorder issue is worked out, we will be ready.
It is a JVC Everio GZ-HD7, and I tested it out this evening by recording a message given by Dr. Narendra Singh, and also interviewing him personally afterwards. I recorded some additional footage of people’s conversations with Dr. Singh, etc., but I will most likely not be posting that. I hope to post both the message and the interview online sometime soon. (I recorded them in SP, though sometime in the future I may do most of my filming in FullHD.) Oh, and Dr. Singh said I did a good job, and that he would be praying for me. 😉 Praise God for that!
Praise God!
I hope to start doing some film making, inteviews, and more, but I can’t forget to do my other duties in life, or forget my talents.
Well, I guess that’s all for now! Going to be trying out my camera in nature, filming Green Bank, working on film pre-production, and brainstorming film ideas!
God bless,
Thanks for listening! (and I always appreciate your prayers.)

P.S. Dr. Narendra Singh believes he will die as a martyr (for Jesus Christ.) May God protect him till his time comes, and may many more come to Jesus before, and after, that time.
The Super Nintendo game “Illusion of Gaia” is quite fun! You can check out the rom.
Just found out real recently a way to do the subtitles for “Miracle In Gansu” (filmed play to DVD) by hand! This is great! Finding some LOTR subtitle files for The Fellowship of the Ring (check out this subtitle site, Subscene,) I opened one up in GVIM, and I can edit it! Yahoo! That means I can do the MIG (Miracle In Gansu to DVD) subtitles and work to finish up the project. (I may post more about MIG later.)
Tomorrow the Everio GZ-HD7 camcorder should arrive, and in the evening I will test it out on a service with guest speaker Dr. Singh, a man of God from India. He risks his life for Jesus Christ, and he will not back down! Glory to God.
Leap. Yes, this was a leap. A leap of expectation, uneasiness, hardware, and more. I hope it all works out! Leap! I wonder… leap! Well, my last cameras I’ve used are the Canon PowerShot A510 and the Quasar VM-L450, so this new camcorder is a great leap indeed!
This evening (or shall I say, morning) I finally ordered my camcorder, an Everio GZ-HD7. Quite expensive if you’ve never actually bought your own camcorder before. (Boy, that was anti-climatic.) ;D Before I bought it I did some final research into the proprietary file format it puts your video files into, .TOD (HD video) and .MOD (SD video.) I primarily researched the .tod issue and found out about the .mod one along the way. You can read up on it here: Struggling with TOD at The Digital Video Information Network, and some solutions: JVC Workflow and Squared 5’s MPEG Streamclip.
As I have no personal experience with the camera and the .tod issues yet I cannot recommend anything beyond what I have read, but I may post on this later. Basically you can use the software that comes with the Everio GZ-HD7 and save-as the video, or rename it to .m2t, or something… boy, I need to read up on it already!
Anyhow, I better start making some films now that I will have the first step in the equipement. ;D I may get Sony Vegas MovieStudio soon, to handle the HD. (I don’t think Adobe Premiere Pro 1.0 does HD.)
So, perhaps this is the end of the tunnel, (or just starting?)
Thanks for listening,
God bless,
-b
P.S. Hope to be making films soon… I may be starting a graphic design company as well, so, we’ll see how all that goes. But may I not forget my roots. Thank you one and all! Thank you John Calloway (http://johncalloway.wordpress.com/) for the help in camera research, and Andrew Duncan for insight into the digital video world! Thank you all my other friends, supporters, comrades in the arts, and brothers and sisters in Christ… may we all find the path. God bless, your friend, b
